men married with other and women married with other and they live together. (child birth certificate concerns)

men has 1 child from his legal wife and the women too.

questions:

1. what will be the full name of the mother be indicated in birth certificate?

kindly help us... my partner will give birth this coming march.

even so, the law will not allow a child born within a marriage be declared illegitimate. i agree that it's very strict, but the law's the law.

lets face the reality that this case was usual in present time and the law might need to be revise.
try to analyze this:
"the surname of the child should be the surname of the husband of the woman."
do you think it is appropriate?
