I just want to ask if a married women can still use her father's surname but she is already married.

Another common thing, not all wives wants or proud to be using their husband's surname like my sister, she never use her husband's name although they've been married for more than 10 years as she travels a lot and changing surname can be a lot of hassles. Not a big issue.
