Hello Admin,

Ask lang po sana ako ng help.. My partner and I had a 5 year old son. All along I didn't know na married pala sya.. And now nag.message yung wife nya sakin and saying na kakasuhan daw nya ako at ang partner ko.. Help po. ano po dapat kung gawin? Salamat po

Consult a lawyer where you are.

It is a difficult position to be in but if you really were ignorant that your partner is still legally married, and you are not ignorant now, you might want to distance yourself from someone who would deceive you in that manner.
