Hello po.. Matagal na po kaming magkahiwalay ng asawa ko at di na nag uusap simula ng mag abroad ako.. 2010 nung magloko ang asawa ko at nagkaroon sya ng anak dun sa nakarelasyon nya.. bago pa yun nung ikinasal kami nagsolemn na kami sa mayor kahit wala pa kaming marriage license.. july 28, 2004 po kami ikinasal nagpirmahan ng marriage contact tapos po yung marriage license namin September 2, 2004 kaya ang nasa marriage contact namin ay September 2, 2004.. Tanong ko lang po maari ko po bang mapa annual o mapawalang bisa ang kasal ko dahil nung ikinasal kami wala pa yung marriage license namin na dapat po ay mapresent na bago pa po ikasal. Hindi po ba null and void ang kasal namin?
