After a long period of waiting ( 4 years ) a Decision from RTC has been released. and after a month the Certificate of Finality, thanks God, ived been waiting for this for so long.
my question is, ived been married at Naga City, Camarines Sur, but ived filed the Case at RTC, Daet, Camarines Norte, Do i need to see the LCR Daet,Cams Norte and LCR Naga, Cams Sur. to present my Decision and Certificate of Finality for me to proceed to NSO? What's the real Steps/Process to follow? thanks sa mga mag rereply. i need it badly. God Bless to all.
