Name Extension Problem - Need Advise

Hello Mam/Sir, I need help regarding the name extension III on my name.

My father's name is
First Name: Eugene Jr.
Last Name: Manubag

My Name
First Name: Isaac Eugene
Lastname: Manubag III

These are based on our NSO Birth Certificates.

I have a few questions. First, Am I an eligitimate child? Since my last name is not technically "Manubag" since I am "Manubag III". How can I resolve this?

Second Question is, I just got married, our Marriage Certificate is not submitted to our local civil registrar yet. Before we submit it, Do I follow the NSOs "Manubag III" surname? or is it okay to just transfer the "III" extension after my First Name?


If on the event that I will keep the Manubag III on the Marriage Certificate, my Wife will then be Melissa Manubag III? Obviously that is not ideal for her. Is there something that I can do to fix both issues I just asked? Or should I fix them one by one.

The III part is not your surname. Description lang siya na pang-tatlo ka na may first name na EUGENE. Actually Isaac Eugene ka nga e. so dapat wala the III.

Yes dapat nga hindi ako the "III" kasi wala namang Isaac Eugene Jr.
Ginawang english version ni mama ata yung Eugenio Jr kaya naging Eugene.

Yung SSS ID ko kasi Manubag III yung last name.

So ang options ko sa pag submit ng marriage certificate ai

First Name: Isaac Eugene
Last Name: Manubag III

B.
First Name: Isaac Eugene III
Last Name: Manubag


I'm leaning towards following option A, para walang conflict na mangyayari, pero yung nga lang baka maging Melissa Manubag III yung wife ko haha
