Mga council, I need you advice po. Meron akong 2 issue.

Ive been working in my current employer for 1 yr and 8 months, before that under probi po ako ng 1 yr and 1 month. Reason nila is under monitoring parin daw po. For my 1st 6 months, kinausap nila ako na I extend daw ng 3 months yung probationary ko for thorough monitoring, pero Im doing well naman daw and since I still have no idea kasi parang 1st job kop palang at gusto ko rin ma regular, I accept the offer. After matapos yung additional 3 months of monitoring, kinausap nila ako na I extend pa raw nila ulit ng 2 months, this time wala kaming documentation at sinabi lang nila sakin. Hesitant na ako that time kaya I asked them kung sure nabang ma reregular ako after 1 yr of probi, sabi nung Manager ko, sure raw yun and discuss to me the benefits na makukuha ko na after ma-regular. Ginarantee nya rin sakin na merong salary appraisal kapag na regular na ako.

After a yr, nag didiscuss na kami about my regularization. Sabi nya, hindi pa raw handa yung documents at for signature parin daw. Umabot na ng almost 1 and half months akong nag hihintay bago mapirmahan yung regularization ko. This February po ako na regular pero as promised by my Manager, meron daw akong appraisal sa salary ko pero nung na regular na ako, hindi raw muna ako magkakaruon ng appraisal dahil isasabay nalang daw sa bonus. Dumating na po yung bonus namin pero wala paring appraisal. Question ko po is meron ba tayo sa labor law na kapag na regular yung employee, required na bigyan ng company ang employee nya ng appraisal. Another concern ko po is yung tagal ng probationary ko, tama pa po ba yun?


My next issue po is mag kakaruon daw ng transition sa office namin na kailangan tanggalin yung mga agency employee namin at yung mga regular employee and ipapalit dun sa position ng tinanggal na agency. My current department po is in import/export department at kinausap po ako ng Manager ko na ililipat daw nila ako sa records management namin. Reason po ng company is dahil daw cost cutting kaya kailangan tanggaling yung mga agency at I extend kaming mga regular dun. Ngaun po and concern ko is ayokong tanggapin yung pag ttransfer nila sakin, sabi nung Manager ko if I decline the transition, for immediate dismissal na raw ako. I asked her po if this is legal, sabi nya they consult na raw sa company lawyer namin na possible raw mag tanggal ng employee if the reason is cost cutting and hindi na kumikita yung company. But to be honest with you po, kakapatayo lang ng company namin ng new building at interms or collections po is nakaka abot pa kami ng collections at sumusobra pa. My current company po is a worldwide company.

Ngaun po, tama po ba yung sinasabi nila na pwede nila akong tanggalin immediately if I decline the offer? And valid reason po ba yung cost cutting though obvious naman po na nag eearn parin kami? Ano po pwedeng ihabol at ilaban ko dito?

Kung tatanungin nyo po ako kung bakit pa ako nag sstay dito, its for experience po talaga. Ayoko ring paiba iba ng employer at gusto kong magpaabot ng kahit hanggang 2 yrs lang. Mag kakaruon po ulit kami ng meeting ng boss ko regarding transition within this week and Im planning to resign narin po. Meron pa po ba akong mahahabol dito?
