Arresto Menor

I am under probationary since the payroll cut off is 8 to 23 of the month. Our hr hr manager told me to submit a re signation due to tardiness instead DW po n kung mapagmeetingan po ako ng mga board sasabhin nya nlang DW po na ngresign n DW po ako . so I pass my immediate resignation last sept 10 . and I expect that my salary is sept 15 . until now po nkahold po any salary ko nung ng follow up po ako any sabi po sken after 30 days saw po kahit Hindi n saw po ako mg clearance . please help me regarding this
