Hi, I would like to ask help regarding my employment status of the company I am working now. Last September 15,2010, I signed probationary contract for six months. Last March 15,2011, I was given an extension contract for 3 months.They did not show any performance evaluation on my probationary period. They talked to me a day before the contract ends. I accepted the extension period of 3 months which will end June 15,2011.Only today, the talked to me to accept again another extension of 3 months. I felt bad because again they don't have performance evaluation to show as basis of giving me another extension period. Is this lawful for an employee who rendered good performance to her responsibility. Help me what move will I can do defend my right as an employee.
