Nagsign ako ng probationary for 6 mos. binasa ko and ang stipulation is meet the criteria or else extension. Nung saktong 6th month ko na ang pinakita sakin is yung average ng 3rd 4th 5th month score ko na hindi daw meeting expectations so pinaextend ako. I signed an extension contract (feel ko bad move) for 3 more months. Ang stipulation this time is meet the criteria or it will be "termination of [my] extension of probationary contract" na ang panggagalingan is yung 6th, 7th, and 8th
If hindi ko pa rin mameet yung goal sobrang concerning ng word na "termination", ang ibig sabihin ba nito is if mabackground check ako with other companies ang lalabas sa record ko ay contract terminated instead of contract expired?
