The company is a BPO and is one of the biggest in the country. For more than a year already, our team leader makes us work more than 8 hours a day. We, as a team in our department always work 1-3 hours after our scheduled log out time for fear that we will have a reprisal. One of our colleagues some time ago tried to organize a team complaint but later was found out and she resigned instead. We know for sure that this is illegal but we fear politics and we need our jobs right now for economic reasons. How do we go about this? Thanks.
