ask ko lang po pwede ba ko magreklamo if below minimum wage ang sahod siguro mga 400 perday sahod
restaurant po ito
ang mga employees po ay 10 katao lang (including security guard etc.)and siguro d aabot un 1m un puhunan

Pwedeng ma-exempt at hindi sumunod sa minimum wage ang kumpanya kung hindi lalagpas sa 10 katao ang mga tinatawag na retail o service establishments.

if they are not given an exemption by DOLE, the are required to pay minimum wage.
