Just want to ask kung may labor code po about backpay.
and Just want to know exact meaning of backpay po.

ano po ang benefits na makukuha ng isang resigned regular employee?

Back pay ay para yan sa time na dapat na nagtatrabaho ka pero di ka pinagtrabaho. Yong sahod na dapat mong mareceive nung time na yon ay back pay or back wages.

Pag nagresign, walang benefits unless may mga benefits na dapat ibigay sa yo nung time na nagtatrabaho kay pero di ibinigaay like 13th month pay, service incentive leave, overtime pay, holiday pay, night differential, etc.
