Im working po s isang garments, may kanya kanya po kameng renponsibilities ako po label , dati po may nagwowork na isang tao sa packing & nagresign and ngaun hindi n sila kumuha ng trabahador para s pwesto nya, ngaun binibigay po saken renponsebilities ung work nya ... Eto po tanong ko nasa labor code po ba pweding dagdagan ung responsibilities mo na walang dagdag sweldo ni kahit incentive , 7 years n po ako at ngayun lang po nila idadagdag ang trabaho ng iba saken???

pwede yan as long as 8 hours lang ang trabaho. if sumobra kelangan kang bayaran ng overtime.
unless ang dinadagdag ay beyond your skills, for example dinagdag sa mga responsibilities mo ay ang accounting at hindi ka naman marunong nito, pwede mong tanggihan or iparating sa companya na if nagkamali ka sa books of accounts ay hindi ka dapat sisihin
