SICK LEAVE / SALARY NOT GIVEN

Hi! I need your help regarding mysalary dispute. I work ina BPO company and we were given 1.25 Sl credit /mon. So after 4 yrs in the company i gained approx 30 sick leaves. Last april 26 i had to used my SL bec i had collar bone fracture. My company said i could nt receive my salary while on SL bec i need to personally come to work and file my SL thru companys sytem.then said ok thats fine. So from april 26 to may 30th i was on Sl. Comes june 01 i came back to work and file my 25 SL on my companys system. Then the next day june 02.i had to go on Sl bec my fracture was displaced so i was on SL for another two weeks. Comes june 20 i came back to work filed my Sl in my comp system.then came june 30th i was expecting to receive my SL credit and get paid. However my company didnt pay me . I didt received any pay from my employer. They didnt even informed me that i wont get my salary that day.i sent an email to our HRD and iwas told they will give a special pay out. However. Its already 07.5 and they havent sent me any update when will i get paid....
How should i go about this case legally? Thanks.

You said they will be giving you a special payout, then your are to be paid.

Is the Company obligated to call you and inform you or are you obligated to call them and ask them when will be the payment. Of course you should verify and ask them first.

Did you use any of your SL already in these 4 years?

1.25 x 48 months (4 yrs) = 60 SL days

HRD said i will get my pay on the 30th. However i didnt. When they checked. The system i was blocked because our line HR didnt reported that i alread| returned to work.

See? Its as if they are deliberately withholding your pay. If you can prove malice, then you have a cause of action. Just ask them to fix the matter.

Our property beside the sea is cliff side of the road. We have developed it into a resort. What will be the rule on road widening in our case. Mostly of the seaside properties are developed resorts already. Formerly all the road side in the resorts' area are cliff. Even up to now, some part of our properties remains very steep side of the road.
