An staff has just talked to me requesting that his salary be lowered to minimum wage so he doesn't have to pay income taxes.  He is currently receiving P500 per day. I couldn't accede to his request because of the law against diminution of benefits.  Is there any way around this?  Problem is anytime minimum wage is adjusted, his salary is also adjusted, so his take home pay is always below what minimum wage earners get.
