1. Do I still have the rights to claim the necessary wages in regards to minimum pay on that time from June 2012 to March 2013?
2. How about the deductions from SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig? Do the company still covered the deductions to me and remit the necessary amount to SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig?
3. How about the 13th month pay for the year 2012 and 2013?
4. I already resigned last July 2016 and signed the Quit Claim and received only the 13th month pay for the year 2016. Will that affect the unclaimed salary?
5. Is there any legal way for these? It was also applied to other employees back on that time.
