Arresto Menor

May nabasa akong complaint from somewhere.
May nag reklamo na hindi daw minimum wage yung binibigay ng company, pero ang offer talaga is not min wage kundi mas mababa depende aa qualification.
Yung complain is parang nagsasabi na dapat lahat ng company ay min wage ang ibigay.
May basehan ba yung reklamo na yun?
E alam naman kung magkano ang offer bago mag pirmahan.

for a company to be allowed to offer a salary below minimum wage, it must meet certain criteria and get a permit from dole

moderator

unless you are given an exemption by the DOLE, you are required to pay minimum wage even if you offered lower and the employee accepted the lower amount
