good day my company did not pay minimum wage in ny salary but pinapa sign nila kami ng payrol na mas mataas sa totoong sahod namin di ka pweding hindi mag sign kasi takot matanggal sa work kasi sabi nila kung ayaw di umalis. ano ba dapat gawin if ever man in the future mag file ng case against my company magagamit ba nila yong pinermahan ko as evidence. under minimum wage walang holiday pay pa. yong bracket sa sss is only 4k.

minimum wage for maguindanao area is 265 per day. in a month (mon-sat) max is 6,912.08. If you are earning 7k then you are already above minimum.

so ang complain mo is sss bracket?
