Birth certfiicate problem

1) anu po ba ang pwde naming maireklamo against her?
2) may habol po ba ang bata sa amin in terms of mana?
3) if found na sa asawa ko nga ang bata, pero di naman sya pumirma sa BC, pwde din ba magreklamo?
4) anu po ba dapat namin gawin na hindi madala ng bata apelyedo nya?

hindi siya complete name na dapat "Duga". Yan din nakalagay sa local birth ko po. Ano advice nyo po??

Gusto ko sana maging John Duga Gabasa yung name ko para makakuha nang passport.

The fact that we are planning to take them both here in England I just want their documents to be all legal. I hope you could give me some advice on what to do.
