I need advice on my birth certificates. My parents were never married. So I'm using my mother's surname.However, there's also an error in this birth certificate as my middle name was not complete it only contains middle initial. For instance:
Juan Carlo F. Cruz
Upon requesting NSO to correct it, my another birth certificate resurfaced which contains my name using my father's last name.
I have been using my mother's last name in all my i.d...
What should I do? Thanks
