Birth certfiicate problem

Goodmorning po, tanong ko lang po ung birth certificate ng panganay ko po may problema nung ipinanganak ko po siya january 22, 2002 di kmi kasal ng tatay niya, so dapat ipapa late register namin siya kso napabayaan na after ilan months nagpakasal na po kmi civil wedding.
di pa rin na register ung Birt cert. po niya tpos last 2007 nagkahiwalay po kmi mag-asawa napunta sa court ung kaso namin eh kailangan ko po ung custody ng bata so pina register ko po ang birth cert. sa surname ko ang gamit niya dahil di nga kmi nagkikita ng husband ko di ko siya na pa pirma, after ilan buwan 4 mths nagkaayos po kmi ng husband ko nagkabalikan po kmi, now po may 2 children pa kmi.
Atty. paano po un pano po magagamit ng anak ko ung surname ng father niya? pano po ung process?

FEGI)) ngkaanak na ko ang middle initial ng anak ko eh yung apelyido ko na pinapagamit ng mom ko bale FEGI ang middle name nya since registered na ang name ng anak ko with the FEGI as her middle name pano maayos yung sakin na eversince nag aral ako (KHRISTINE DYANNE C. FEGI) na ang gamit ko eh wla naman pala yun sa NSO ano po ang gagawin ko?pag nagpalate register po ba gagastos pa ng malaki?pede po bang kunin ko nalang yung CLEMENTE na registered tlaga?pano po mapapalitan yung middle name ng anak ko?

at this point, you will have to file a petition in court to have the entry corrected because that is not a mere clerical error. nevertheless, you can first try to have it corrected at the civil registrar where the birth certificate was filed if they will accept it as a clerical error. you can argue that the names were merely mixed up.

dami pa pala ako aayusin for that may bayad po ba sa NSO pag ganyan

not at the nso, but with the civil registrar IF the accept it. if a petition in court is necessary, it will become very expensive

sa NSO birth certificate po ng aking kaibigan ay nakalagay dun na FEMALE xa pero sa birth certificate po sa LCR kay MALE xa.. alin po dito ang masusunod?

that is very strange; you should inquire at the local civil registrar how that happened, and what they can do to correct it. the nso is supposed to only reflect what is recorded at the registrar.

I am a new member and I found your site via Google. I think the forum is very informative and helpful. I myself would like to ask for some advice. I know a child whose birth certificate indicates that her parents are married as they attached a fake marriage certificate. However, the parents are not legally married and are not even together, they just thought before that marriage certificate is needed to provide the child with the father's name so they presented a fake marriage certificate. My question would be - is the birth certificate of the child valid? What will be the implication to the parents of the child who are now legally married (registered via civil registry) with other partners?

the parents can be made liable for simulation of birth or falsification.

the birth certificate is valid, but erroneous. to correct it, a petition in court has to be filed.

Hello, I am a new member and I found this website which i think would be of help & will give me answers to my questions regarding my children's B.C. I have two kids aged 12 & 13, both boys. My problem is that in their B.C. they are under their father's last name. And in the said B.C., we have a marriage date, which never happened. After what I discovered from my kids B.C., right away I requested for CENOMAR. I still have the copy with me which proves that there really was no marriage done. We left my kids dad in 1999. I was a single mom and receive no support from the father of my kids. My worries started when my eldest was about to start school and needed a BC. I have no choice and have no clue where to get help that time to solve all these issues, I just decided to let their dad's last name be used in school. Until I went abroad to work and support them. I am now married and I just want to know how I can change my children's last name to my present married name? Also, next year my children will start in Highschool, if possible I want them to be in my married name before then. The fact that we are planning to take them both here in England I just want their documents to be all legal. I hope you could give me some advice on what to do. did the father sign the birth certificate?

The father signed in my youngest BC, but in my eldest BC it was a fake signature of him. In both Birth Certificates our marriage date is not the same as welll. In my eldest BC our marriage date is August 21, 1997 in Manila City Hall, while in my yougest BC it was dated July 21, 1997 at Municipality of Binan Laguna.

to my mind, the proper remedy for you is for you and your husband to adopt your children

ang problema ko po ang gusto kong baguhin ang birth certificate ko diyan sa atin.
papaano po kaya magagawa na mabago ang pangalan at apilyedo ko at saka aral ng kaanakan ko kasi po bali fake na birth certificate po pinadala ng asawa ko na ipinasok ko na po dito sa bansa kong saan nandito na po ako at ngayon nagkaanak po ako dito kaya po nagkaron ako ng papel. paano po kaya ang dapat na gawin sa problema ko. sana po matulungan p ninyo ako.ang gusto ko po na magyari maalis na yong birth certificate ko diyan sa atin at gawan ng bago sa pangalan na ginagamit ko dito.puwede po kayang magyari yon? sana po matulungan ninyo ako.hindi ko na po mababago dito sa bansang ito dahil natatakot po ako na mawalan ng papel.

I have a question regarding suffix. For example my dad's birth certificate has a junior but on my birth certificate, his name doesn't have a junior. How should this be fixed? How can we prove that Francis junior is the same person as Francis without the junior?

instead of july 18 ang nakalagay sa sa birth certificate ng anak ko ay july 8 saan ko ba pwede papalit ito?
ang isa pang problem ay ang maling spelling ng pangalan ko sa birth certificate ko ?
