Sir/Ma'am,

Member po ako ng www.allvoices.com, isang website na nagbabayad sa mga contirbutors ng $3 per 1000 views per news. Mula Sept, 2010 ay member na po ako. Noong October ay umabot po sa $2,200.00 ang kinita ko, at $200 nung November, ngunit ang binayaran lang po nila sakin ay yung $200. Noon pong December ay makailang ulit ako nag-follow up, at nung nagreply ang sinabi po sakin ay matatanggap ko na raw yung $2,200 sa susunod na payment. Pero nitong January, ang sabi sakin ay may mga copyright violations ako nagawa kaya hindi na ako entitled sa payment ngayong bwan. At pati yung sa October ay hindi ko na matatanggap pa. Pwede po ba yung na acknowledged na nilang babayaran tapos itatanggi nila. Ang sabi pa po sakin ay under observation daw po ako sa loob ng 3 months. Wala daw po ako matatanggap sa loob ng period na yun.Sumulat po ako sa kanila at nagsabing wala ako inasahan kundi ang pera na yun. Ngunit bale wala po sa kanila.

i don't see what your question is, but if this is a foreign corporation, it will be very difficult to take legal action. is it a filipino company?

how would you prove that you actually made these views in the required number?

Yes sir,It is a foreign company. I have proof as to the number of views my articles have(screenshots and their acknowledgement thru emails). And even the amount i should be receiving months ago.

technically, it is possible to file a collection case. summons is served on the embassy or consulate of the company. nevertheless, it will be practically impossible to collect from their assets if there is none in the philippines.
