Arresto Menor

Pinautang ko po sa tita ko ang naka time deposit kong pera, na nagkakahalagang 500,000 pesos. Ginamit po ito para sa business na pautang o mas kilala bilang "5-6". nangako po na ibabalik nila ito pero hindi na sila nag bibigay ng kita simula 2012. Text lang po ang katibayan na hawak ko. walang kahit anong kasulatan. Ano po pwede kong gawin legally? Salamat po sa mga sasagot.

Send a demand letter to collect the full amount of the capital. but yung "interest" medyo mahirapan ka isama sa pagcollect nyan considering na hinde nilagay sa kasulatan. Although, it can be argued in court as regards to that txt mssges as an evidence of loan and interest.
