nakagawa po ng crime ang aking kapatid sa pinagtratrabahuhan na kompanya. ilan po sa mga tseke ay ipinanagalan niya sa kanya. may kalakihan po ang halaga, nasa 800k po. ngayon po ay natuklasan ito ng kompanya at pinadalhan nila ng sulat ang ate ko na para magpaliwanag. nsgpaliwanag po siya at humingi ng tawad at nakiusap na kung pwede itong bayaran ng paunti unti. kalakip po ng sulat ay ang post dated checks PDCs kahit po walang laman ang account niga ay pipilitin daw niya itong lagyan sa araw na idedeposit nila ang tseke. makalipas po ang ilang araw ay may dumating po ulit na sulat galing sa law firm na nagsasabibg kelangan ko itong bayaran sa loob ng dalawang araw para hindi na nila ito dalhin sa mas mataas na aksyon. ano at paano po ang pwede niyang gawin para makiusap sa kanila upang humingi ng palugit. hindi pa po ito alam ng aming magulang dahil sigurading pong ikakagalit nila lalo narin may sakit pa sa puso ang aming ama..salamat po

In many other countries it isn't allowed to make predated checks at all,
but in the Philippines that's no crime until if there aren't enough money at the acount at the date at the checks.

The theft is a crime though, where it's up to the opponent if they want to try to put the gulity in jail - where they get LESS chance to get money compenstion - or if they prefer money compensation.
But it's fair if they get rather much MORE than the stolen value, because otherwice it wouldn't be any risk for thieves...

If she can be found guilty, she better hurry to try to get a deal with the person who filed the case, including the case is canceled if she follow a compensation pay plan, because she risk prison.
