Falsification

Hello. I badly needed your advice. I'm presently here in Japan. I used to be a brgy treasurer. After i resigned the council filed a case against me. Now a warrant has been ussued and im wanted for falsification and am not sure if it's plunder or estafa worth 250k. Is that still bailable? And is it alright if i go back to the Philippines now? I really wanted to fix this mess. I promised them that i will return the money but they still push through with the case. Our last fiscal hearing was dec 2014. I went here in Japan oct 2015. I waited so long for the arraignment but i never heard anything from them. Sbi nla hnd dw ako mtagpuan kaya d nai serve warrant. Hnd nmn ako umaalis ng probinsya namin. Pls help.. Thank you
