Hi,

on June 14th, I will reached may 6th Month as an employee. But I am thinking to resign immediately by next week June 10.

Will I be considered as a regular employee?

kahit 4 days pa bago ung 6th month ko from December 14, 2015 to June 10, 2016 lang ako? regular na ba un? entitled pa din b ako sa mga benefits pag ng resign na ko?

Pag nag immediate resignation ka baka hindi ka payagan.

Or pwede rin na pumayag sila.

Pero hindi ka pa rin regular kung hindi ka umabot ng 6 months.

i-decline mo na lang yang regularization mo. That way e magba-bargain kayo pagdating ng June 14th either to resign or to terminate you by reason of non-regularization. Pero for sure, hindi ka pwedeng gawing regular at magtrabaho pa sa kumpanya kung ayaw mo.

Assuming na proby employee sya, hindi makokonsider na regular employee kasi hindi umabot sa 6th month.

Hindi din automatic na mabigbigyan ng separation pay and isang employado kahit na sya ay regular. Mabibigyan lang ng separation pay ang empleyado kng my saparation pay program and kumpanya o nasa CBA ang pagbigay ng separation pay.
