10 months na ko sa work ko pero hindi pa ko regular office clerk naman po ako
may pinirmahan akong contract pero walang date range kung gang kelan ako matatapos?
mali po b na hindi ako naregular sa kanila kahet ng im doing my best para lang sa knila and job ko sa knila (messenger minsan, Accounting Assistant, HR Manager, ang dami kong tinanggap ng work sa knila tapos hindi ako naregular tapos kulang pa sa minimum wage ang sahod ko ....

what do you mean na "kulang pa sa minimum wage" ang sahod mo? under min ba ang sinasahod mo? o kulang ang min wage na sahod mo na kung tutuusin e madami ka tinanggap na trabaho?..employer's discretion na kung tataasan ka ng sahod kung i promote ka man o dagdagan ang load mo sa trabaho,nasa sayo na kung tatanggapin mo

good day..i have a question po sa regularization ng mga forwarding drivers and pahinante..kasi per trip po salary nila which is P2500 round trip nila from manila to province which consists of total 4 travel days back and fort..paano po sila magiging regular? thanks po...

if upon entry to the company they had no written contract stating they are probationary first, they are immediately regular employees. if there was a probationary contract, max of 6 months.

gud day po,dati po akong quality control sa production,then hinugot as quality assurance,then hinugot ulit as a production assistant,ang contract po namin dati is 2 years kasi agency po kami under ng company na pinapasukan namin,naglapse na po ang contract ng agency ng hindi kami pinapirma ng finish contract,nagtanong po ako sa HR ng agency bakit wala kaming pinirmahang FC at another contact,ang sagot saken is company at agency na daw po ang bahala at nag usap regarding sa contract,at sabi nila recontract pa kami ng 1 year,tanong ko po wala po ba kaming habol once na FC nila kami pagtapos ng sinasabi nilang 1 year na contract?dahil wala kaming pinirmahan na kontrata dahil verbal lang ang pagkakasabi na recontract ulit kami ng 1 year....
