check your company policy first.

minimum required by law is 5 days paid leave if you are employed at least 1 yr already with company.

thanks. what if the incidence is an employee is under agency that renewed every 5 months. And she/he is staying for almost 2 years. what is the status of her/his employment? they considered as regular right?

ah okie po. thank you. kaya po pala they are receiving a sick leave and vacation leave with pay. but according to there employer status pa din po nila is contractual?
