Hello po, ako po ay nagsampa ng kaso sa nlrc at ang decision ay illegal dismissal with reinstatement and backwages. Pinili ng kumpanya ako na reinstatement by payroll ako. Nag apela ang kumpanya sa court of appeals, ang decision ay affirmed but with modification na separation pay na lang instead of backwages. Nag MR po ako na hinihiling na ibalik ang reinstatement. Nag MR din ang kumpanya upang mabaliktad ang decision. Ano po ang mangyayari sa monthly salary ko? Sasahod pa po ba ako habang tumatakbo pa ang kaso?

usually if nag MR, hindi ka muna sasahod but yung pera na dapat sasahurin mo ay idedeposit as bond. Kung sakaling matalo yung MR ng company, makukuha mo yung dapat mong sahurin
