Failure to give incentive

Hi can I ask if I can file a case to my employer since they failed to give my incentive? It was due in Feb however it was delayed with no explanation and unfortunately I resigned last march. Technically I am entitled to get it since it was not my fault if it was delayed. Hoping for advice. Thanks

Wait for the computation of your back pay. If not included there then talk to your Management and present evidence in support of your claims. If still not given, file a complaint with the DOLE.

Hi po need legal advise almost the same case po ang ngyari sa akin.

Ako po ay team lead ng isang project at entitled po ako sa incentive ng project at approved po yung memo na yun ng management. Ang incentive po na nakalagay sa memo ay 15k tapos po ang natangngap ko lang ay 2k. Tama po ba na ginawa ng management kahit wala pong advise yung pagbaba ng incentive at dapat po ba makuha ko halaga na approved.

Naregular na po ako nung pinalitan ako bilang team lead, tama po ba na ilipat ako ng management sa ibang post from Project team lead to Accountant support services (generalist) kahit yung contract at JD ko ay project team lead.

Anu po ang gagawin ko legal na hakbang kasi pinalitan po nila ang JD, at ibingay yung role sa iba.
