Hi Sirs/ Madam,

Ano po ang nasasaad sa batas regarding this topic?

Ang context po is there are 2 managers in a company (BPO / Sales Industry) na kinausap ng CEO na pag hindi nag perform ang team nila every 2 weeks, they will get an NTE which will progress to termination.

so in short - they will have 1 1/2 months to perform so not to be terminated. but with all the factors and whats happening more likely they will not hit the target set

The situation naman po is the market had changed and the target / goal is not feasible anymore and considering too na gasgas na ang leads na tinatawagan ng mga tao

Question po is legal po ba na gawin ng company to?

Yes, legal ito lalo na sa Sales. Pwedeng tanggalin ang empleyado kapag hindi nakakabenta/quota. Pwedeng i-terminate si employee for 'neglect of duty' under the Labor Code.

pero hindi po ba papakinggan or iko consider ng batas ang dahilan kung bakit hindi nakaka quota?

kung reasonable pa ba ang target na naka set?
