Ngmemo po ang hr kasi failure to comply requirements po ako na maging on call nlng ang status sa company is it ok po mgstop ako ng work kasi on call nmn po ang status ko without resignation letter?

Even though you are an on-call employee, you are still treated as an employee. if you do not report whenever they called you in, you can be declared Absences Without Official Leave. So it is better to submit a letter for resignation for "documentation" purpose
