As mandated by Labor Laws after my separation ad processing my clearance from my previous emloyer. How many days/months should the final pay,COE,Itr etc.,be released

The LC is silent on that.

However, it should be paid out within reasonable time.

And that can mean anything from 1 week to a few months (some companies have it a t 90 days).
