Question #1: I am currently living in a condo at minsan binubuksan namin ng konti yung pinto at bintana namin para umikot yung hangin sa unit namin. The security guards keeps on bugging us na hindi kami pwede magbukas ng pinto dahil nasa house rules. We have a copy of the house rules at walang nakalagay doon na bawal magbukas ng pinto. They have been doing this for 3 days and I feel harassed. I don't see any violation there. Need advise.
Question #2: One of the unit owners nagrereklamo about people cooking inside there units and opening the door. Yung amoy siguro ng niluluto nila naaamoy sa hallway. I guess this is the reason why they made a rule na bawal magbukas ng pinto. Is this valid even if wala sa rule book? Thanks a lot!
