Hi! Please help me. I have pet cats that my condo wants to remove from its premises. I have known that they do not allow pets since i started to live here inManila. They impose a 500/day fine until my cats relocation. I wnat to make an appeal because I come from a province and have no one for my cats to be taken care of. Please advice me on what to do. Thank you very much.
