Arresto Menor

Hi, we decided to acquire a condominium unit from
the New San Jose builders beside GMA-7. We started
paying on july of 2011 that is to finish up to july
of 2015. However, the agent, same as the company
itself, made a lot of errors and mistakes and was
never able to fully finish and finalize the
contract. In line with this, and because of the so
many wrong doings of this company to us, we decided
to back off from the deal. We already paid a total of
100k and there is no bounding contract between us and
the company. But we have all the receipts of our
payment. when we asked for a refund, the company only
wants to pay 70% of the amount... My question
therefore is that are we eligible to get the whole
amount paid by us to the company since it is the
company's mistakes in the first place and there is no
contract. I will really appreciate your feedback.
Thanks.

-Harries C. Antolin.
