Arresto Menor

May account kasi sya sa coins.ph (bitcoin wallet base here in the philippines) later on deactivated ng coins. Salamat

1. Pwede, these transactions are done through electronic processing, so, the moment malaman yung account name and password ng ibang tao, then he can manipulate that.
2. Sad to say wala pang existing law regarding that bitcoins here in the philippines, But the nearest law applicable is the e-commerce LAW, but this law pertains only on hacking, breaching online accounts, unauthorized access as well as piracy.

The best thing to do is to follow the instructions from bitcoins in proving ownership.
