We have a stay-out male helper whom we hired last April. We terminated him due to his frequent and unscheduled absences. After he was out, that’s when we noticed some of our personal belongings, kitchen and bathroom items are missing. Computed loss is around P20-25k.
How do we prove qualified theft against him? We even saw from his photos that he’s wearing some of the stolen items. Thanks.
