Hi, good day.

I just want to ask lang po sana if it is legal for the company to automatically deduct an hour for work done on a rest day (Saturday/Sunday)? Hindi po ba dapat buo yun?

Ang situation kasi is 1 hour is deducted for 9 hours work done (katumbas ng 1 day), and wala silang dinededuct if less than the day's worth of hours.

Ang naexperience ko po kasi sa ibang previous employers, the whole time na ni-render ko on a rest day ay babayaran.

dito po kasi minsan nag dededuct ng 1 hour or 30 mins as break time.

(I understand yung sa weekday basis na 1 hour lunch and 30 mins break)

pero how about po ba when it is a rest day?

Rest day so OT yan, pero wala pa rin bayad ang 1 hr break.
