Hi,

I am a project-based government employee that has a six months contract that can be renewed. I've been working in this agency for more than 1 year, has no benefits such GSIS, 13th month pay or even PhilHealth. Our salary always get delayed and I am not sure where to file a complaint since my employment is not considered as government service hence not covered by the civil service policy (not sure). My contract clearly states that the salary is to be paid every 15th and 30th of the month but most of the time it gets credited more than a week from the specified date. I don't feel secure in this job since if you make a complaint "pag-iinitan" ka ng mga tao. Help! Suspect
