we are a project-based employee for almost 3 yrs now.. the project still ongoing and usually every 3 months we signed for the continuation of the contract. We payed for minimum wages, no benefits, no incentive leaves just a 13th month pay..

I want to know if is there something wrong about our situation? do we have the right to become a regular employee?

a project should be distinct from a the rest of the business of the employer. continuous hiring can be a basis for regularization.
