Shoplifting in the same builsing lead to termination

Arresto Menor

I committed shoplifting and had an agreement upon paying ten folds. They will no complaint about it. After 3 days and still have communication with my supervisor. i was tagged as suspensed and terminated. Can someone help me please

It's two different things:
1. Paying ten fold can have been only to avoid CRIMINAL case.
2. Depending what was said when agreeing about ten fold, but it's possible it can be termination too.

According to the store after paying it. They will not escalate it to the company. If my company learned about it will it be ground for termination. Will i be able to get my 13th month pay last pay which the cutt off is done.

You are entitled also to due process before any suspension or termination.

Im not working currently hence i am sick. I was able to secure a medical certificate.. And was able to recieve a confirmation that my team leader recieved it. Question since there is no sxhedule plotted anymore and accorsing to our scheduler i am already terminated or suspended. Will i still recieve my regular pay and 13th month pay on the 10th. Base on my underatanding since iam not in the office no notice to explain has been recieved from the managemwnt.
