Hello sirs/m'am's,

Pwede po ba hindi ibigay ng isang company ang 13th month pay ko dahil nalugi daw sila of a certain amount because of me? Dahil po sa aking irresponsibility po (clearly po may fault ako) kaya may nalugi silang certain amount.
