Kung yung sa "per gawa" yung bayaran meaning na fixed yung bayad sa inyo bawat gawa ninyo, then kasama kayo dun sa di covered ng 13th month pay ayon sa ating Labor Code.
"Employers of those who are paid on purely commission, boundary, or task basis, and those who are paid a fixed amount for performing a specific work, irrespective of the time consumed in the performance thereof, except where the workers are paid on piece-rate basis, in which case, the employer shall be covered by the Revised Guidelines insofar as such workers are concerned. Workers paid on piece-rate basis shall refer to those who are paid a standard amount for every piece or unit of work produced that is more or less regularly replicated without regard to the time spent in producing the same."
Pero kung di pa clear sa inyo kung ano ba talaga yung klaseng employment meron kayo, mabuting kausapin nyo ang inyong boss ng maayos. Kung kelangan pa ng impormasyon, nararapat din na pumunta kayo sa pinakamalapit na Regional DOLE para humingi ng klaripikasyon kung anong klaseng empleyado kayo ayon sa Labor Code. Kung meron kayong kontratang nakasulat, dalhin nyo rin iyon sa DOLE para maipaliwanag nila kung ano ang mga ibig-sabihin ng mga nakasaad sa kontrata.
