I have a serious problem with my previous agency with regards on releasing my last pay. I was a regular employee of the agency for 3 years and more and resigned in July 17, 2015 because I have to go to Australia. I gave the company and 30 days noticed for my resignation and did all the proper turnover, I left the agency without depht and any liability and did my clearance in proper way before I left the county. It's been over 3 months now but then the people from my agency are ignoring my inquiry from August and have to made an overseas call for them to tell me what is happening. September and October came they can't still give an update via email that I had been sending to them about my last pay and had to call them overseas two times to tell me that my cheque was ready. I asked them to send me the breakdown of the last paye so I will know what's the cost of the cheque and if they're going to pay me right because I'm not the one will come and get the cheque because I'm here in Australia. 1 week passed but they still ignore my email, my husband sent them an email saying that we will go legal once they not send the breakdown. Finally they sent the breakdown but then the cost of the cheque is only the partial payment from my last pay and they didn't include my last 17 days I worked with them before I left. When I tried to call them overseas they were not answering my call and even my inquiry via email.
please help me what I have to do, this is costing me too much money now by ringing them overseas.
