1. Is it AWOL?
i resigned from my last employer. i completed the 30 days pero ung initial reply sakin ni boss nung nagpass ako ng resignation, pinapaextend ako ng 60 days. i answered na di na ko makaextend until 60 days at 30 days lang. di na sinagot ni boss un. i ended my employment after completing 30 days. can i be considered awol?
2. I was in-charge of corporate giveaways. I am the mediating officer between company and supplier. The goods were paid and delivered naman but the supplier has some error on the goods so the company asked for the repair. supplier did it and delivered the goods again. however 2 days upon receipt, the boss wants to return all goods and asked for full refund. take note that on first delivery nila, fully paid na yung goods kasi kaliwaan. so nung nirepair nila, paid na. also, at present wala na ko sa company. can the company charge the payment to me, since they want refund from supplier at ayaw na ni supplier magrefund since delivered na yung goods?
please take note na before a payment can be issued, it goes to accounting department first (request for payment with attachments) then to the boss. is it logical and legal to say na since napirmahan at naissue yung payment, ibig sabihin approve yun? can the company ask me to pay for their requested refund kasi ayaw ni supplier magrefund?
3. Is it legal and possible to extend one's probationary employment if there is a clause stated in the contract implying that?
