Our company don't provide grace period and if you have 5 lates in a month this will be ground for disciplinary actions even if the lates was already deducted to your salary regardless of how many minutes. All supervisor level cannot file an overtime even if they work longer than what is expected but you are covered on tardiness policy. tama ba na subject ka na sa deduction and disciplinary action kahit na 1 minute late ka Lang pero walang saysay yung more that 1000 minutes na nag overtime ka na hindi nman Bayad dahil supervisor level ka na?

Wala sa batas ang grace period.

Dapat lang naman ibawas ang late.

Nasa batas din naman ang no overtime para sa mga may katungkulan.
