I resigned to my previous employer 3 month ago.
I extend my employment for 3 weeks unpaid to finish what they ask for my clearance.
until now they still asking about my works because I'm asking for backpay and clearance.
regarding my turnover of data and works. I formally comply with their standards and also it is supervise by the operations manager.
can you give an advice to about further legal actions
and also can I ask for payment of my unpaid work extension
and also can i ask the payment of unpaid overtime during my employment with this company.
