Arresto Menor

Good day, ang tanong ko po ay tungkol sa leave pay.. Bawat employado po ay entitled sa 5 days leave pay, pero sa amin po company every time na absent po kami ay may kaltas pa din po kami kahit na nag file kami ng leave of absent. At ang kaltas po ay mga 450+.. Pero binibigay naman po sa amin ang leave pay every school year end pero 300 per day lang po.. 1500 lang ang napapabigay sa amin because 5days po.. Legal po b yun?

mas advisable po na itanong niyo mismo sa payroll officer niyo pano niya nacompute yung rate ng sil niyo
